技术路线图作为创新与战略规划的重要方法，在制定科技战略与规划中得以广泛应用。路线图提供了结构化的基于时间的战略展示，路线图的绘制过程将成功的创新和战略规划所需的各种利益相关者观点汇总在一起。本报告将聚焦技术路线图方法，重点探讨其在战略调整、整合与同步中的作用，包括路线图的理论与应用，以及当前和未来的研究方向。
Since its original development more than 50 years ago, the technology roadmapping approach has been widely adopted, and adapted, in many different sectors and for a wide variety of purposes. Roadmaps provide a structured time-based representation of strategy, with the process of roadmapping drawing together the various stakeholder perspectives necessary for successful innovation and strategic planning. This presentation will provide an overview of the roadmapping method, highlighting its role in the alignment, integration and synchronisation of strategy. Practical and theoretical aspects of roadmapping will be covered, including current and future research directions.
主讲人简介：
Robert Phaal教授是英国剑桥大学（University of Cambridge）工程系技术管理中心的首席研究员，是路线图领域全球最权威专家，担任诸多SSCI期刊客座主编。他一直致力于研究技术战略和计划、管理流程和决策支持，特别关注的领域包括基于技术的产业演化以及实用管理工具和工具包的开发。他拥有机械工程背景，计算力学博士学位，在技术管理研究、咨询和软件开发方面具有丰富的经验。
